Course Registration Steps

REGISTRATION PROCESS STEPS FOR JSQI TRAINING

NOTE: Students should register at least 4-weeks prior to a course’s start date. Access the JSQI website (noted below) for a listing of course start dates.

  1. Log on to JSQI website: jimsmithquality.com.

  2. Select desired course to register for on the homepage under “Shop For”. Click on “More categories” if desired course is not listed on the homepage.

  3. On the “Shop By” screen click on the desired course button.

  4. On the following screen click on the “Add to Cart” button.

  5. On the Shopping Cart pop-up screen click on the “Checkout” button.

  6. On the “Contact: screen complete all “Contact Information” & “Shipping Address” blocks, then click on the “Continue to Shipping” button.
    NOTE: For “Shipping Address” enter the following:
    • First & Last Name
    • Shipping Address: Enter Home Address Only; Do Not Enter Work Address in this field.

  7. On the “Shipping Method” screen click on the “Free Shipping” button, if not already marked; then click on the “Continue to Payment” button.

  8. On the “Payment” screen enter necessary payment information. Under the “Billing Address” follow this process:
    • Select “Same as shipping address” if the credit card being used has statements mailed to the shipping address previously selected.
    • Select “Use a different billing address” if the statements for the credit card being used are mailed to an address different than the previously listed shipping address (e.g., a business address, your supervisors address, etc.). Then complete the information for the different billing address.
    • Once completed click on the “Pay Now” button after ensuring all entered information is correct.

  9. The following “Thank You” screen provides a summary of all previously entered information. No additional actions are necessary.  Course registration is now complete.  An “Order Confirmation Email” (credit card receipt) is automatically mailed to the registrant.
